Central location, well equipped, comfy beds, cozy lounge, parking nearby included in price, clear instructions before arrival.

Would have been nice to have the heating on low before arrival so it wasn't so cold when we arrived. Had to turn heating on and wait to get warm. Paid extra for a cot to be provided. Cot wasn't assembled & no cot bedding provided. I called the host and they dropped bedding off for the 2nd night but we had to make do for the first night. Additional instructions would have been helpful regarding the barrier opening automatically when you drive into car park.
