City Centre - The Old Committee Room-free parking

Right in heart of the town yet so quiet. Short walk to lots of restaurants. On street parking offered by host was a real bonus!

It is a lovely apartment in an amazing location. Parking permit was great to have and found a spot within a 2 minute walk. Close to all the attractions and easy to pop back and freshen up half way through the day as most places to visit are well within a 5 to 20minute walk. Lovely living space, comfortable bed and good size, bit tight getting to one side of the bed, but not an issue. Lots of storage space and handy to have two suitcase stands. Good shower and nice size bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped, and always nice to arrive to a sweet treat waiting for you. Nice big windows and feels airy and not overlooked. In a nice building which feels secure. Quiet at night despite the location. The host was very helpful and easy to contact, with a quick response when contacted. Will definitely look at staying again in the future as had everything you needed and again an amazing location.

Prime location for York yet quiet as the apartment is on the back of the building. Excellent restaurants, shopping and museums etc nearby. Comfortable settee and bed. All that was needed in terms of kitchen appliances etc, Parked the car after unloading outside and left it for the two nights we were there as not needed

Parking is in nearby streets by way of a resident's permit. Worked fine and realistically is the best you could expect/hope for in such a central location.

Unable to get BBC/ITV on television

The location was perfect for access to York City Centre. Access was easy and the communication with the owners was very good and clear. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was very good. Furnishings were if a good quality and it was spotlessly clean.

We ask for two single beds, which were very small for me as a larger lady. It would be much better suited as a stay for a couple with a double bed.

Fantastic location in the middle of town. Short walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Host was great to communicate with. Apartment had everything you would need.

Floors needed a good clean.
