Bootham Luxury Apartments with Free Parking

A beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment close to the centre of York with easy access to the Ouse. The kitchen has everything you need and more, and the beds were super comfortable! My husband and I went with my parents, and we had a lovely weekend walking and seeing the sights. Communication from York Boutique Lets was great throughout, with clear instructions and a courtesy call a couple of days before our arrival.

The apartment got very hot on account of the good weather. I'd request a fan for longer stays. I slept in the front bedroom which is close to the train line, and was kept awake by passing trains and woken at 4AM by four people standing outside of the apartment chatting. This is obviously not a reflection on the company, but I'd recommend taking earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Lovely apartment, easy access, being on the ground floor. Great facilities in the kitchen. The bathroom is rather small but the shower was good. Very good location and finding somewhere with parking that close to York centre is brilliant. We would definitely stay here again.

Good central location and apartment was spacious and comfortable. Good quality furnishing and super comfy bed. Christmas tree and decorations were a lovely touch too..

Small bathroom and shower tray/wet room tends to run over a bit.

The TV is very poor quality, it is a smart TV but does not connect to the WiFi, also slightly damaged and needs replacing. Staff and owner a bit iffy, asked on the first afternoon if someone could visit to sort out the issues we were having with the TV, got nothing back apart from them telling us how to fix it ourselves and questions. Only offered to pop over when I told them to forget about it. Shower head needs replacing, railhead shower but very rough and uncomfortable, shower room was prone to flooding

The location was only a 5 minute walk into town. The flat was stylish and comfortable with a good functioning kitchen. The central heating was available to use 24hrs.

The window in the front bedroom can't be opened so the room will be really warm and airless in warm weather. There is a drought coming from the window in the back bedroom.

Perfect location, well equipped, easy check in.

When opened out, the sofa bed needed a hoover.
