Excellent location

Although we increased the temperature on the room stat, it didn't increase the actual room temperature

Excellent location to City and Train Station, all mod cons in apartment, except microwave. Instructions easy to understand for collecting keys and entry.

Could do with some milk pods for tea and coffee on arrival. Apart from that nothing else

Fantastic location. 2 minutes from Railway Starion, yet incredibly quiet. Short walk to city centre and most attractions

Warm and cozy (in freezing snowy November), modern, spotlessly clean, super comfy bed. The staff and communication with York Boutique Lets excellent. Good instructions regarding location of keys and access - note the property is in Kings. Great location. Secure and gated. Well maintained and smart looking gardens, courtyard and communal areas.

Points to note: as previous reviews have said there is a very quiet low droning noise. It bothered one of us but not the other. Ear plugs are provided in property. There is no microwave.

Great location

The apartment is just above the mechanical room / boiler area so there is a constant humming on and off 24 hours. Also the living room window is directly onto a public walkway, so have to keep curtains closed for privacy. Having stayed in Hudson Quarter before I know not all apartments have the noise from boiler room, just this one due to proximity of bedroom. Overall a great apartment but if you're a light sleeper not so good.

The location was ideal

As per my numerous emails with the team running the apartment let. I had tepid water on the evening of my arrival, which improved slightly over the next day but I never had a hot shower. The lift shaft was adjoining the bedroom and there was a constant grinding sound and vibrations into the room which meant I slept badly and it was impossible to relax or work in the bedroom.

Quite compact apartment but facilities & location is amazing.

There was a little noise comining from a lift & a service cupboard adjacent to the bedroom.

The location is very closed to York Train station which makes dropping off our bags easier. It was also very clean and has good water pressure for a shower.

The bed and sofa need a change as they so slouchy and soft. Part of the sofa has sunken down making sitting rather uncomfortable (can feel the springs) so is the mattress in the bedroom.

This flat (number 5, Kings) is set in a great location and was a very spacious and luxurious flat! Thank you for our stay!

We had some issues with the WiFi not connecting and the heating not working in the bedroom when waking up in the morning.
