Hudson Quarter Luxury Apartments

Clean, attractive, good location, security, beautiful site.

Bed was far too small, sofa was very uncomfortable. Issues included the lack of hot water for a shower on the first day and then the arrangement for Wi-Fi engineers to come on our last morning (this never materialised but impacted our arrangements)

The bathroom was beautiful, the shower was lovely

Very uncomfortable sofa, wasn't practical to sit on though the chair that was provided was very comfortable but only one person can sit in a chair, my daughter had to sit on the floor as the sofa was a no go ! I did raise this to booking. Com & also raised a loud constant rumbling, drilling noise! I'm also now a little worried about next visit as we are in the apartment below in next three weeks. We come to stay at Hudson Apartments regularly as its near the station & never once been let down but unfortunately on this occasion this apartment has let us down :( And I couldn't take no photos as had no WiFi but this no fault on anyone part just couldn't fix the WiFi

The location was fabulous, walking distance to just about everything. A bonus was parking (paid) on the street. The unit met our needs easily. It was safe, clean and a pleasant area to stay. Many great eateries nearby.

Communication. We did not know which apartment we were staying in until we rang. This needs to be in the information Booking.com sends re checking in .

Nice place let down by facilities and maintenance. Microwave missing. Toilet does not flush properly. TV doesn't work very well. Machine noise all night through the bedroom wall. Bed is small.

The location and locked garden provided a safe and secure feeling environment. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and modern.

There was an electrical fault with the switch on the oven so it was out of use. However it caused only minor issues and many other options were available.

Conveniently located with easy access to public transport — just a short distance from bus stops and the train station, and within easy walking distance to key attractions in the city centre. The accommodation is safe and quiet.

I’ve stayed here before and never had any problems with the Wi-Fi, but this time I couldn’t access it. This has been quite inconvenient for my work, as I’m staying here for a conference.
