"Top location."

Fantastic location Very close to the train station and an easy walk to all the shops and sights. A moderm building which is gated which felt very safe.

Finding and collecting the key from the key safe which was located away from the main building. I was sent photos but a short video would have been more helpful.

Great space - clean and modern. The location is impossible to best if you are coming by train.

Toilet was a bit difficult to flush if you hadn't used it for a few hours. Even using both buttons you have to press them multiple times and wait for a bit then come back and press them again.

"Disappointed to say the least."

The location was perfect, gated access and security

Too hot, noise in the night when trying to sleep which was throughout on and off, shower worked intermittently, sometimes couldn’t get it warm/hot. Had to message host to find out that you have to press both buttons on the toilet for 6 seconds to get it to flush, looking for a hairdryer, came across an empty box in the laundry cupboard aswell as some female pants that were in there?? General tidiness and cleanliness needs to progress upwards as came across a couple of dishes that weren’t clean, no microwave for saying that it is a kitchen area, not useful when staying a couple of days. The general furnishings and furniture are on the cheap, it was very disappointing as it is described as a luxurious boutique let. We have stayed in York several times for the races and I am afraid to say this was the worst yet.

"A great place to stay in York"

As we travelled to York by train the location was perfect, an easy 6 minute walk from the station. Having a kitchen to prepare our own meals and a washing machine was great. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was wonderful. The location was very close to the main attractions and shops. It was also handy to the meeting places for the tours we had booked and for getting on to the wall for walking.

My only suggestion for improvement is for the lounge to be be replaced. It was very well warn and as such not very comfortable.
