The position of the property is fantastic: safe area and well located with a bunch of good restaurants and bars around and close to the beach. The owner gave us a lot of suggestions which were more than appreciated. The breakfast is also very good in particular the juice!! There is hot water, and the beds are very comfortable.

Spacious, clean, well maintained, quality beds and materials, own entrance, fast WiFi, close to the Centre and little traffic noise

If I really have to find something that could be better…. The step in the bathroom needs some getting used to. The light bulbs were extremely white and bright.

10/10 would recommend this lovely homely cozy apartment equipped with all necessary amenities. clean place too and the host was so sweet to provide us with a delicious + healthy homemade breakfast (fruits/ bread and butter/ avocado or ham/ fresh fruit juice) filled with love every morning! he is also super helpful and accommodating and allowed us to check in early and leave our bags while we explored the city. wifi was good! super worth and bang for buck little gem in Lima

Very cute apartment in a fantastic location! Felt like home and the owner who lives downstairs made and brought us breakfast in the morning - loved it!

Augusto is a kind and generous host. The place is close to all the best spots in Barranco but tucked away in a quiet and safe street. The apartment was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We felt like family and wished we had longer to stay. Thanks Augusto 🙏
