When we came at the aparment we couldn’t get in. The locker was broken and we had to wait in front of the apartmant for about 4 hours or more to fix it. Traveling with a small child that was a little trouble and it was veeery hot.

Great location.

3rd floor made access a little tricky with no elevator but that is really a minor issue.

Excellent location, comfortable, well-equipped and perfectly clean apartment. Great location yet not noisy. The host is super helpful.

Beds were extra hard, felt like sleeping on the floor

the only downside is that you have to pay extra for bed linen and towels. It was included in the listing but not very clear. Going forward this should be a standard.

Great Location. Friendly and communicative owner. Nice and clean. Easy to find. Code entry so no waiting around for keys Lovely coffee shop downstairs, Cafe Bona Dea.

The place was clean and according to the description, we do not have any complains about the place by itself, maybe a bit small but for short stays is quite convinient.

The propietary of the flat was normal at the begining giving information about the check in and the city then he requested an extra charge of 6€ per person for concept of towels and bed sheets, in the booking there is already a charge of 40€ for cleaning fees. In the description it never says is mandatory and it is not specify at the moment of payment. Then when you ask for the code to access to the flat he forces you to pay this EXTRA amount out of booking.com and getting rude if you question this extra charge, to the point of threat us to DO NOT LET US in if we DO NOT PAY!! I open a case ticket with Booking.com and with the customer service we agreed to pay his extra charge and go ahead with the booking (booking.com refunded me this amount), I have to say after we paid everything was normal with the owner, he provide the code and everything was smooth. The day we left he asked me to forget the missuderstood and leave a good review based in the flat, but I cannot let pass his behaviour he treated me to leave a bad review if I write "words of anger" that I didnt want to pay his extra charge and other people could see it. The flat overall is good but the owner is rude and agressive,I guess he need to be honest and put all the charges in the platform and do not make dodgy extra charges after the booking is confirmed. He will argue that we didnt wanted to pay him but I have the proof Booking.com gave us the reason in the case and return back the 24€ this person illegaly charged us.
