The location was great.

The towels were stained, there was stagnant water in the washing machine that stunk, some dishes were dirty, needed a good painting (various rooms and entrance hall). The unit wasn't ready at the 2pm checkin. Needs darkening curtains for people who like to sleep beyond 5am.

The location

Tired furniture and decoration. Bed in 2nd room pushed against wall making it difficult for 2 people using. No soap or shower gel dispenser in bathroom. Apartment very cold on arrival. Central heating system not very efficient - didn't warm up much.
