Everything was excellent. I reckon this is the Best place I’ve stayed at. Very very clean, beautiful, comfortable and Simona was very professional and helpful. The pool area was stunning with a very well set up and manicured gardens. I only have positive words for this place. Would definitely go back.

Central location by the main road but incredibly quiet and peaceful inside. Spacious, homely apartment with AC (essential in the heat, and few of the apartments we found seemed to have it!) and a well-equipped kitchen for a self-catering stay. The outside space in particular is amazing - there’s a big, beautiful garden with a lovely pool, table tennis, eating area and parking. Simona is a kind, thoughtful, accommodating and responsive host, bringing an iron and hair styling tools for an event we were attending, and it was great to be able to chat to her via WhatsApp to arrange check-in, ask questions etc.

These are minor things, but the pillows on the bed could be more comfortable and the bathroom was a bit dark for getting ready.

This was the simply most magical place my family and I have ever visited. A peaceful oasis in an absolutely gorgeous setting. Simona and her family were an absolute joy - great communicators who worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed on our vacation. The pool and the house were so incredible it was hard to leave to do any other site seeing. Villa Balbianello was a short walk down the street.

Beautiful location, accommodation, and great welcome from Simona and her husband. The place was really beautiful and spacious. We really appreciated our stay, and will be back for sure !!!

We were self catering at this property, but there was an excellent bakery across the road selling coffee and croissants for breakfast and a number of eateries where breakfast, lunch or dinner could be obtained within a five minute walk. Lenno is quieter than many of the more well known and bigger resorts such as Menaggio and Bellagio, but it has an excellent choice of restaurants for all tastes and pockets and the villa is within a short walking distance from the ferry terminal where most of the main towns can be reached by using the regular service. From the moment we arrived Simona our host made us feel very welcome and her instructions sent by WhatsApp were very clear and made finding the property very easy. Villa Magnolia is a beautiful, traditional Italian villa with many lovely pieces of furniture which gave the place a very homely feel.

If I was to be exceptionally critical, I have to point out that the villa is next to quite a busy main road and not directly on the lake, although the lake is visible from the balcony opening from the kitchen area.

This was one of the most breath taking places we have ever stayed. It was spacious, clean, full of character and made us feel at home away from home.

Location was fantastic. Swimming pool available was great. The size of the apartment was really good. The communication from Simona weeks before we travelled was extremely good also.

No bedside table on one side of the bed. Could have done with a thinner duvet for warmer evenings. More information available within the apartment about the local area in relation to restaurants, ferries, buses and other things to do. Although Simona was more than happy to suggest places and send plenty of links upon request. The charge for air conditioning was disappointing as we felt unable to leave the windows open due to the road noise.

Simona is a wonderful host (with helpers Gracia & Mattia 😀), & wonderful to communicate with prior to our stay. The place was spotless. More like a home, than an apartment just to stay in. Loved the fresh roses. Was just like the photos. We stayed on the top floor & had terrific views of the lake. Great full size kitchen, after having spent 4 weeks in the UK, it was great to have a gas stove to use, instead of electric. Location perfect - Dinos Market, just 50 metres away, ferry & lake just 7-10 min walk away... was lovely to explore the back streets behind. Highly recommend this property. Nice to have Prime Video on the TV. Would stay there again 😍
