The location is superb, away from the heavy tourist areas but with access via ferry or car to all that you want to see. The property is outstandingly clean and well presented and furnished tastfully allowing for a relaxed comfortable base to experience Lake Como. Owners Simone and Allessio could not do enough for us booking all our restaurants in advance of our stay and we're informative on all aspects of making a week at Lake Como an unforgettable experience.

There was nothing not to like about the property but I will mention that during September and October the mosquito situation is rife and you will need protection should you be susceptible.

The facilities were excellent; the apartment is comfortable and you have everything you could need. Simona and Alessio are great hosts. We loved Lenno and the area around it.

The pool was good. Easy parking. Great location for access to restaurants, sites, and water taxi. Once we found out that we could buy air conditioning per night - we were set.

At our age - the three flights of stairs to the apartment were challenging.

Great location and everything we need in the property. The apartment was fantastic, gardens well kept and the pool nice and relaxing.

Location was sweet. Cute and comfortable. Pool was lovely and cool. relaxing spot. close to resteraunts, supermarket close the other direction. ferry was a good 7 min walk. markets in side streets along lake on certain days. close to tremesio and worth going there to see the castle. good communication from landlord.

air con in summer was needed. Do order to have air con. the greenway walking track was harder than we realized, take water!! the castle in lenno is closed somedays so do plan this if you want to see it.
