Lovely balcony with lake view. Beautiful apartment and really enjoyed a swim in the pool after days sight seeing. Even acquired some herbs from the garden for cooking too (by invitation :)

Romantica mansion with a nice garden and swimming pool in a reall nice place close to the Lake Como with own parking. The apartment was absolutely clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a life. The owners are really kind and helpful with all request and questions. The mansion is close to the noisy road, the sleeping room is, however, on the opposite side and it's no problem with the noise within nights. We would like to spend more time in and will be back in the future for sure.

Beautiful location, few steps away from the lake and very close to the famous villa Balbianello. The host was very helpful and kind. We had a very nice stay in this place.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with excellent facilities inside and surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with swimming pool, table tennis table and shady arbor. The owners live next door and were super friendly and helpful. The apartment is a five minute walk from the lakeside, ten minute walk to the ferry stop. Lenno is a very pretty town and so much more relaxing than Bellagio or Ravenna. The local bus stop is 100 yards away.

The apartment is set back from the road but it's a busy road during the day so inevitably a little noisy.

Villa Magnolia is a lovely place to stay in Lenno. Simona and her husband are delightful and responsive hosts. Simona's father-in-law picked us up from the Como train station and drove us to Magnolia and also drove us back to the Saronno station. He was wonderful, funny and a good driver. We were able to communicate pretty well even though he spoke almost no English and we speak very limited Italian. We enjoyed our week-long stay in the mid-level apartment. It got lots of natural light and was very spacious. The apartment was very close to two local grocery stores and there was a cafe across the street. It was a lovely walk to the ferry station along Lago di Como. We were very happy staying in Lenno. Both Bellagio and Varenna were overwhelmed by tourists. Also, I want to point out that, yes, there is a lot of road noise, but we knew that when we booked. We didn't find it bothersome and, as others have said, the bedroom is located in the back of the apartment. We highly recommend a stay at Villa Magnolia.

We did not find the bed very comfortable. It was a typical Italian bed with just a mattress and no box spring for support. It may not be a problem for other people. Also, we could hear the people walking around in the apartment above us. Most of the time it was not a problem, but in the early morning it was bothersome.
