Everything! Location. Immaculate. Hosts were second to none. I have stayed in mant more expensive places that offer the world but nothing beats this little gem. Wildlife in the fields every morning. Quite. Absoloutly found my 'go to'.... Nothing was too much trouble. Beds comfy. Spotlessly clean Modern Wifi TV Layout.... The view though was the main for me. Thank you for having us.

"Fantastic stay."

Where do I start? Amazing property for its size, every bit of space is thought out well and comfortably sleeps 4 adults. It was the perfect space to relax after a busy day. We ended up casting Youtube to the smart tv and had a bit of music before bedtime. Woke up to some fantastic views in the morning and felt very rested. The host was super friendly and offered help with anything we needed, overall a very comfortable living space and we will return this year. Highly recommend.

The owner was very kind and friendly. This was an ideal location. Close to North Somercotes and Mablethorpe.
