nice apartment, with everything new and in good conditions. good position to all the sights, bank, ferry boat, ecc. quiet and independent. hosts are super available and bothering.

"Better than expected"

Everything was better than expected. I had a very big apartment only for myself, with a dedicated terrace towards the Valley of the Kings and also a rooftop terrace. The amenities were good and everything was as pictured. I liked the location because it was on the quiet part of Luxor and also the cul-de-sac which made traffic inexistent.

"Hidden gem"

We had such an amazing time at the brown house with Yasser and Arafat. They made us feel like family literally inviting us to some private events which offered us priceless moments that would have been impossible to experience otherwise. They helped anytime they could from arranging trips to recommendations and more. We had the apartment at the second floor and it was very spacious and comfortable. There was a heater which was useful during winter time and made the flat pleasant to live in. Everything was provided for longer stays (such as washing machine, fully equipped kitchen ...) We worked remotely for a week and enjoyed especially (working from) the rooftop terrace

Possibly not something they can really control, but the internet is a bit spotty, not really unlike any other places in Egypt... if you are working remotely you shall make sure to get a SIM card (which is very inexpensive). 4G was available anywhere from within the flat and of course from the rooftop, we had no problem with online meetings.

"The best place where stay in Luxor"

The owner lives in Manchester so the house has really European standard of cleaning and services, even the bathroom and furnishings have a special design. And there is a magical view!

An excellent accomodation which is very spacious and clean. The bed room, living room, and kitchen are satisfactory. Staffs are very kind. It may be the best for money.

Beautiful Quiet Traditional Style Retreat Space with quality furnishings, sheets etc ... owner very friendly and willing to help me on every level .. and yet gave me a lot of privacy. A Great Stay!

Everything about my stay.. The host was very friendly, invited me for a delicious dinner in his own home.. The view was very beautiful and peaceful plus everyone was very friendly and helpful.. The room was 10/10 clean and fully equipped with everything I could need with extra blankets..etc. For sure not my last visit
