Yaseen was very nice and always helpful. He accompanied me to the restaurants nearby and also provided information. Also, there was was a problem with one bed, and he immediately allowed us to change apartment. Good service.

All good with the apartment, no problems. The only problem in Egypt is the hassle pressure by people selling or offering services in the street. You just can not relax.

The photos give the correct impression of the apartment. It is an easy walk to nearby cafe and restaurants as well as the ferry to the east bank. The apartment is clean, spacious and well maintained. The owner lives in the UK and his brother helps to look after guests. I was impressed when he rang one evening to check that we were OK when we had stayed out late.

Large and clean rooms with low price. Stuff Yasser is very friendly and supportive. Boat (not public) to east bank is available near the apartment. Restaurants are also close.

This has been by far the best place I've been in years. They exceeded any expectations in every single way. First, I had the whole apartment just for myself and it was really amazing, specially for the price. It has everything you might need, it's clean and in great conditions. Then Yasser, the owner, he makes you feel like family, like you are at home. He is the best! He took me everywhere I needed to go, and he always made sure that I got everything I needed and also that I always get the "local" price and no the "tourist" one because a lot of people always try to make you pay more just for being a foreigner. He helped me with transportation to every place I visited and it was cheaper than booking online or in any other place. He even invited me to have dinner at his place with his family. On my last day he made sure that I took the correct bus to my next stop and he was always on time. I can't say enough things about how good my experience was with them. I will come back for sure and I recommend The Brown house a 100%. Thanks for everything Yasser!

Very friendly and kind host, he showed us around the place and made sure we had everything we needed. Even let us extend our stay. The location was perfect and very good restaurant like Wannas art cafe and Thebes close by. Value for money is excellent.

The driver to the airport we arranged through the property was late.

I have been to Egypt several times. The Brown House is the best accommodation I have ever found in Egypt. The owner Mr Arafat is great man. The bed room, kitchen, and living room are very clelan.
