When we had an issue with the internet and the shower didn't work the response was positive and corrections done fairly quickly

The toilet was not 100% clean and the water in the shower was almost non-existant. But it was sorted out the next day with a new shower head.

It was very Hot. Cutlery was filthy when we arrived including pots and pans. Freezer was iced up and unhygienic.

Comfortable beds. Generally clean. Good instructions for appliances filed in a folder. Spacious free parking on-site. Small supermarket under apartment.

The communal stairs and corridors were dirty and dingy. The first night a child was running around a neighbouring apartment making noise at 2am. The bathroom fan switched off immediately when the light was switched on. The bathroom initially smelled damp but this improved with use of the fan. The kitchen had limited equipment eg only 1 medium pan. The sofa cushions were upside down (I didn’t investigate as to why). The TV reception was variable - I can’t remember when I last used an aerial! No significant recycling.

Clean , as described, close to Epsom town and train station . Easy access to costcutter below. Good communication with owners.
