Anna Penthouse

Zeer mooi penthouse dichtbij het centrum van Gent. Een heerlijke bank om bij te komen na een dag wandelen in het centrum.

Het enige nadeel is dat het penthouse aan een doorgaande weg ligt. Omdat het warm hadden we de ramen open en hebben we 5 keer sirenes gehoord die lang reden in de nacht.

De locatie was super. Midden in het centrum en hoog dus een mooi uitzicht. Een heel ruim appartement met een aparte living en keuken. Het is een heel gehorig trappenhuis en door de restaurants beneden best lawaaiig ,maar dat weet je als je in een stad in het centrum logeert. Contact met de eigenaresse was prima via watts app.

In het penthouse was erg veel achterstallig onderhoud. Enkele voorbeelden: Deurbeslag los, douche stang los, plavuizen kapot of los, slordig/slecht geschilderd, rommelige keuken kastjes, hele slechte douche kop enz Ook hebben we alle vier twee nachten erg slecht geslapen en last van onze rug en nek. Deze matrassen kunnen echt niet meer. Dat was voor ons eigenlijk het ergste.

Great location and lots of space.

This place is just amazing. Perfect location. The apartment is huge. Living room is really comfortable, seems like fortunately people take care of it. There's a cooling system in the living room as well. The apartment has a washer machine, not a big one,.but really helpful. You can wash your clothes and leave them hanging in one of the several racks located in the rooms, since it's a penthouse, the air flow is enough to dry off your clothes in a few hours. The patio is really convenient if you smoke. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. Beds were comfortable and there are extra blankets and pillows available. Functional bathrooms with hot water available all the time. 10/10. I would definitely book again if I go back to Ghent.

À proximité immédiate du centre, parking à 5min. Très spacieux. Génial le baby-foot !

Structure vétuste. Carrelage cassé, four gras et non lavé depuis longtemps, poignée de la porte d'entrée à moitié dévissée. Couverts et tasses sales . Matelas avec d'enormes tâches.
