"Not fancy but well-priced and in a good area."

The price was significantly lower than other 3 bedroom apartments during peak season. There were fans in all the bedrooms to keep them cool.

As described by several past reviews: the bathroom improvements are a bit rough, the freezer door is attached with gaffer tape and there were many broken and loose floor tiles throughout living areas (including a dangerous, loose step to the terrace).

"Great apartment for families in great Ghent neighborhood"

The common areas were large and inviting. Having access to a clothes washer was a pleasant surprise. The location was terrific, close to a square with a fun weekend market and lively nightlife.

We had a problem with the drainage in the shower, but Anna was quick to come and remedy the problem. It would have been nice to have paper towels and more serving bowls.
