Large unit. Close to town. Comfortable.

For the money would have expected a view. Front entrance door didn't open easily. Communications from the agent by email were hit and miss.

Location was perfect, layout and design was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside in the sun, and the bath was very relaxing! The beds were all comfortable, and the thought put into small details was fabulous.

The house alarm system was difficult to use and the alarm went off not long after we arrived. It was very distressing! Having to clean the apartment before departure, when paying a premium price to stay for 2 nights, was a kill joy. One of the ovens was smashed upon arrival, and although I mentioned it to the caretaker, he never responded to my message - it was not mentioned in the listing.

It was close to where we needed to be.

Not everyone drinks coffee so a few tea bags would have been nice. The ensuite window was permanently open a little so got cool in the night.

The apartment was spacious for a 2 bed apartment. It was clean and comfortable for our little family. The outdoor patio was much bigger that I had expected and would be great for entertaining. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, blow hole, rock pools and shops. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it 100%.

A microwave would have been handy, and we had a small issue with the security alarm. Perhaps provide the code for the alarm with the rest of the check-in details. The contact at Southcoast Stays was great to deal with regarding the alarm problem, so it was not a big issue.
