"Clean and cozy"

Flat was fresh and clean. Kitchen had salt, cooking oil and cleaning supplies. Shower was great with some shower gels and soap supplied.. Older property so creaky floors and draughty windows. Heating kept us nice and cozy.

We were in flat 2 the 1 bedroom so two flights of a spiral staircase up. Very difficult to navigate for anyone less mobile.
