Studio Apartments on the Square

Comfortable studio, great location and value for money.

The apartment was clean and in a good location during the day. However, they rowdiness and disturbances into the early hours of the morning marred the experience.

The lock keep was damaged on the entrance door from the street. We advised the owner upon arrival, but still like it as we left. There was no cold water coming from the kitchen tap - this was fixed the next day though. Didn’t sleep well due to the anti social behaviour in the square on both nights we were there.

Clean, comfortable, everything we needed was available. The beds were so comfortable and it was right in the town centre

The location was good and communication with the owner was really clear, check in and out was easy.

The single pane windows let noise in but it is a town centre apartment. The sofa bed isn't the most comfortable to sit on, we didn't need it for a bed, but good enough for a short break.

Right in Kelso town centre and high enough so that the hubbub outside is pleasant rather than annoying. A little warm on a very hot day but I guess that is rarely a problem! Parking was convenient right outside for overnight.

Parking during the day had to be elsewhere, although the local policy / signage is not clear.

Location is excellent right on the square & easy walk to shops ,cafes, bars.

In warmer weather maybe a top sheet for the bed rather than a quilt or as well as quilt , sleeping was too warm with the quilt.
