Noise from micropub. Very busy with live music/singing until 11pm Access stairs , steep spiral damp smell and threadbare carpet.

Great layout, excellent host information. Explained about the micro pub below and potential noise till 11, but I thought it was quiet. Kitchen facilities great, comfy bed. Plenty of parking

The stairs and hall were a bit dark at first sight but fine

Location is fab with pub downstairs and everything you need close by. The apartment was spotless and had good facilities.

Bathroom really needs a lock especially being attached to the sitting area

Very conveniently placed in Kelso. Lovely views across the square. Good value . Several restaurants within 5 mins walk.

The shelf where pots and pans were shelved wasnt clean.otherwise the apartment was clean. My apartment was on the top floor and you do need to be able to climb stairs well.

Location was excellent. Parking right outside. Local places to eat Lots of walks close by Central location for border towns
