Arrived early and host had the room ready!, it was very clean a good size and nice balcony with nice sea view. Location very close to beaches and bars and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked with all bits needed for cooking. Very quiet at night which was nice!.

WIFI didn't work in my room, but worked well in the pool area, so not a big deal for me but might be for others. There is quite a steep hill up to the property if your walking, but its good exercise!.

The location is fabulous. Wonderful sea views.. although you only get these after the short but steep walk up from the main road. Lola the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. A typical basic Greek studio (which we love) with a really friendly feel. The pool is very small but with great views and plenty of sunbeds.The air con was brilliant and included in the price.

The room was only cleaned every other day and on the last day when cleaning was due only the bins were emptied. We thought 5 euros a day was expensive for a safe although we didn't hire one.

Fantastic stay here back in June, amazing views, though I would have liked to have stayed on the upper floors, Lola was wonderful and she keeps the place spotless, the po area is just wonderful with comfortable sun beds , looking forward to going back in sept for a long weekend 😊

-swimmingpool was dirty. You can not see the bottom of it, nearly the 3 step of the stairs were you could go in the water and the water was a bit like milk. We decide not to swim. We booked the appartment so we had a pool for our last day, but this was disgusting. -there was no reception. We walked into a lady after a few minutes and cheked in. With check out we did not see anyone and could not ask to leave our bags. -the bed was realy hard and could feel bedsprings

Studioanlage mit 10 Zimmern ohne Verpflegung. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer! Trotz kleinen Anstiegs zur Anlage war der Ort Lassi mit Tavernen und Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle unten an der Hauptstraße (ca. 3 Minuten). Empfehlenswerte Autovermietung Lemon Cars in direkter Nähe. Die einzige Kontaktperson war "Lola", die eigentlich nur für Bettwäsche - und Handtuchwechsel zuständig war - diese war aber sehr nett und bemüht.

Da Lola nur zeitweise dort war, konnten irgendwelche Fragen und Probleme nur per whatsapp gelöst werden. Während das Zimmer recht groß war, war das Badezimmer sehr, sehr klein und die Dusche wirklich minimalistisch (Anm.: Wir waren schon sehr häufig in Griechenland). Größter Kritikpunkt ist aber der Poolbereich: Das Wasser war oft sehr dreckig, manchmal sogar milchig und das Wasser wurde nur sporadisch nachgefüllt. Die Auflagen der Liegen teilweise klebrig und dreckig. Eigentlich schade, denn diese Anlage hat wirklich Potential.

Die Lage der Anlage, der Pool und die Aussicht vom Pool und dem Balkon sind sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants super zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Strand nur wenige Minuten. die Zimmer sind funktionell eingerichtet. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut.

Die Dusche ist leider nur was für Kleinkinder. Mit 50 × 60 cm und einem duschvorhang der dir die ganze Zeit am Körper klebt wird duschen eine Herausforderung. eigentlich ist das ganze Bad die Duschkabine. die Betten sind Geschmackssache. Ich persönlich schlafe nicht gerne auf stahlfedern die sich in den Körper drücken und auf harten Kissen. wenn man mit diesen Punkten zurecht kommt ist alles gut!

Kekatos Apartments (the ones in Lourdas) are perfect and I absolutely loved them. The setting is peaceful - up a short, but steep, incline from Lourdas beach - and the views amazing. If, however, you have mobility issues you may wish to bear this in mind. There are a fair number of steps within the complex too. These are quiet apartments with a peaceful ambiance, best suited to couples; the four ‘ground’ floor apartments include an additional bed but with all the steps and limited outdoor areas to play, I’m not sure they would be the best choice for families with young children. Kekatos comprises of 12 recently modernised, smart, clean apartments which are smallish but not TOO small. The shower is excellent (no curtain but I personally didn’t find this an issue) and the aircon (10€ a night) works well. Kitchen area very well equipped. The complex is well managed by Marina who appears to do everything. She begins quietly cleaning outside before 8 am and is still around to greet guests in the afternoon. My room was perfect, as was the view that greeted me each morning; when I walked out onto the balcony I felt I was living the dream. Tranquil pool area, but again, not really equipped for children with no separate small pool. All in all, a wonderful complex in a wonderful area. Would I return? Without hesitation; I wish I was back there now.
