"Disappointing"

Mold in the bathroom and on all the windows. Quite a lot of dust. We have seen cockroaches several times.

"Very good, would stay here again"

Very good location 5mins from Trindade metro, 15 min on foot to city centre. Bed was comfortable. Studio clean. Wifi good. Also wll heater which came in handy on a January evening. Recommend and would stay here again.

If I had to be really picky, could have done with an extra blanket/ quilt only because I can't sleep with a heater on. Also an armchair would be nice( there is a fold out bed/sofa thing but no cushions not comfy not even sure you're supposed to sit on it.

Value for money. Small but spacious enough for two, slightly outside of the city but still walkable everywhere you need to go (approx. 15min walk into the centre). We enjoyed it and would stay again for the value.

Noticed the smell a few other reviews have pointed out when using the kitchen sink. We didn't use it too much so wasn't a big issue for us. The kitchen does have a door to the bedroom area so they can stay quite seperate. Something to keep in mind if you are particularly sensitive to smells.
