"Central appointment"

The location was good . Walkable to all the attractions, metro station.

I would have liked a kettle to make a brew. Tried to buy coffee pods but never got the right ones , left them to see. Very basic but clean . Towels could have been changed six nights hard to dry them , not much storage for clothes. Chairs and table in kitchen difficult to sit while eating.

Well it was ok as compare to price and quality.

There were no personnel, we stuggled on our own,at the day of our depart l forgot my eyes shadow set which l revendicated and no account were given to me,However the cleaning lady came into our studio before we left,l'm very sure she saw it and just never wanted to own up.That 's a little disappointing.

It was clean, the staff very welcoming and I could walk everywhere as it was just near to everything I wanted to visit. For me it was very value for money!

Everything was great. Nothing bad to say about anything.

Easy check in and check out and good location. Free parking in the area. Good size suite with small kitchen and a bathroom. Fit all our needs and was just what we were looking for in our stay in Porto.

It was dirty!!! Stains on the sheets, hair on the bathroom wall, oily substance spilt on the bathroom floor, floors so dirty our feet were black after walking on them.
