Proximité avec l'autre appartement du palier génère du bruit. Face à un hôtel, la va et vient des bus. La terrasse est grande mais a besoin de rénovation.

Pas assez de place de parking si résidence complète

upon arriving at the apartment we faced several unexpected challenges. The main entrance road was completely blocked due to construction work, and all the beachside parking spots near the apartment were full. We had no information about this beforehand, so we had to park about 500 meters away and walk to the property to figure out how to enter. We eventually discovered another entrance near the roundabout and drove back, but the building access code provided did not work. After several attempts, we managed to get in using the set of keys. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, so carrying all our luggage upstairs was quite difficult. When we entered, there was a strange smell, as if the apartment hadn’t been ventilated for a long time. The space was also very cold due to the tiled floors and large glass walls, and the blankets provided were not warm enough to sleep comfortably.

Great location. Spacious and light. Outdoor space.

Didn’t realise there wasn’t a lift and the property was on the third floor and I had a heavy suitcase.

,Appartement très bien agencé, avec une cuisine bien équipée, une literie très confortable et un espace extérieur agréable et spacieux. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la plage et de la promenade. Quelques réserves toutefois : l’accès au parking reste peu pratique, même s’il est possible de stationner dans la rue, et l’absence d’ascenseur rend le logement inaccessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
