The location and facilities were great. Nice tips and suggestions on things to do by host. Host was responsive.

The creeking of the floors made it difficult to tip toe around when the kids were asleep. The stairs to get to the apartment was a bit of a struggle with a stroller, but we knew that upfront. Water pressure was inconsistent and there was basically no cold water in the bathroom sink.

Squeaky floor and very low bed, but not a major issue :)

Centrally located in the heart of the old town. Despite being next to the busy main square, very quite as fully soundproofed. Apartment well equipped and very clean. Good communication from host.

No negatives to the apartment itself. However as mentioned in in other reviews, not the easiest place to find.

very responsive and friendly hostess. She was in touch with us all the time. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Although we lived on the top floor, it was not hot. There was a lot of space. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. The kitchen had all the kitchen utensils. It was very comfortable. The beds were soft and clean. There was no dust under the bed. The cabinets were clean and new. Very comfortable shower. The apartment is located in the heart of the old city. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the window. And although it is the center, it was not noisy. It is convenient to get to everything you need. The sea is nearby, the grocery store is nearby, the market is nearby. We have the warmest impressions of our vacation in this place.

I didn't find any downsides.

The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Zadar, with a breathtaking view of the square and the charming clock tower. Everything you need is just steps away, and the apartment truly feels like a home away from home.
