Location and view. Comfy beds.

Couch was too small and so much stuff in the walls and around the place. Too many tables. All the stuff made it feel cluttered

Location, view, elevation, privacy, snacks, drinks.

TV set up looks like an afterthought with cables dangling and no instructions on how to engage the surround sound system. No tissues or personal vanity supplies which you would expect at this price point. Stairway in is an accident waiting to happen especially when carrying in luggage or groceries. Would be a long fall to the bottom. May not really be suitable for old people.
