Petivat Gardens

Situé à l'entrée de la ville, très appréciable vu la circulation. Endroit très calme, appartement tout confort. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, ils nous ont donné des légumes de leur jardin et petit verre à notre arrivée.

Great location, great facilities, Stefan and his parents were super helpful and welcoming, we had a fab trip!

A curtain hanging over the door would help, as the sunlight illuminates the whole flat :)

It is a great place to stay, we've been on a vacation, apartments are close to bus station and the airport, there is a large shop near station and couple of smaller ones. Rooms are large with kitchen, good bathroom and balcony which is nice for breakfast. Owners are good friendly people, greeting us with juice and figs (which are surprisingly hard to find in shops around), also helped us to get to airport, washing machine was available on demand as well as beach towels. Also there was a drying rack. Beach is 3 minutes away and wasn't very populated at any time we checked.

Disadvantages come from good things - airport means that you'll sometimes hear planes (not at night though) and as it is not the center, you have to walk for some time to get to promenade. At night it gets more lively and noisy around, maybe from kids going to beach or something, but not much. I would also suggest to add mosquito nets at bedroom window, although there are anti-mosquito electric plugs

location, good, walking distance from the ariport and to the downtown if you don't have big luggage. cost effectiveness, super! especially during the summer vacation month. the most important is you could feel at home.

This apartment was very comfortable, close to the Bus Station and Airport, and well equipped for cooking. We enjoyed the quiet garden feel and sunsets from the balcony. The hosts are amazing - the whole family made us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for our time in Montenegro.

other then the fact that this family are super nice and so warm the apartment itself was amazing. spacious, clean en beautifull. we are sure to visit here again when we get the chance. the family was so hospitable, helpfull and we really felt at home, even tho there was a language barier between us and the parents of the owner we still had great conversations. we even got fresh vegetables, homemade wine, homemade rakija and figs from their own garden. family petrovic we will mis you❤️

Piękne miejsce. Pomocni i bardzo mili gospodarze Branko, Marta, Stephan. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt i dbanie o nas w każdej chwili :) Bardzo czysto, spokojne miejsce, nie przeszkadzały nam samoloty startujące z lotniska Tivat. Super chłodzące klimatyzacje. Netflix i programy TV. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i stół z krzesłami. Czysta łazienka i gorąca woda. Wygodne łóżka. Ładny balkon i widok na góry. Przestronny apartament. Miejsce parkingowe. W okolicy dużo straganów przy drodze z arbuzami, brzoskwiniami i świeżymi owocami i warzywami. Naprawdę warto kupić arbuza. Blisko do fajnych i pięknych plaży Plavi Horizonti Beach lub Oblatno Beach lub Velja Spila beach lub Azzure beach. Plaża Jaz Beach trochę dalej. Blisko do miasta Kotor. Blisko do kolejki górskiej (Kotor Cable Car) skąd można podziwiać wspaniałe widoki. Blisko do pizzerii i piekarni Pekara Stara Boka. Blisko do sklepu spożywczego IDEA (7-10min.) lub nieco dalej VOLI (samochodem). Blisko stacja benzynowa. Blisko do drogi Serpentine, gdzie można zaznać jazdy samochodem po krętej drodze i podziwiać widoki zatoki Kotor. Samochodem można podjechać do restauracji Burger King czy małego centrum HDL 365 Shopping Center. polecamy na 100% !!!

Хороший и лояльный арендодатель. Самостоятельно оплатил туристический налог по фотографии наших паспортов, за что отдельное спасибо) При возникновении каких-либо проблем, старались помочь и оперативно решить вопрос. Была какая то проблема с фильтром. Не понятно, что именно произошло, но вода из ванны начала вытекать через этот фильтр в стене. Ребята оперативно пришли, заменили коврики, т.к. они намокли, проверили фильтр и немного прибрались Рядом есть пляжи в городе, а так же в 20 минутах езды на машине, что удобно

1. В холодильнике что-то протухло от прежних жильцов и он вонял. Всё что туда положишь, даже пластиковые бутылки с водой начинали вонять. Приходилось мыть их мылом. Соответственно, открыть колбасу или сыр и положить в холодильник, означало, что их придётся выбросить. Поэтому холодильником со временем перестали пользоваться Так же летали мошки, которые появляются если что-то протухает. Сильно испортило впечатление и в некоторых моментах было неприятно находиться в помещении, когда они ползают по тебе постоянно Пытались убрать запах в холодильнике лимоном, но не помогло. 2. Не хватает крючков, вешалок для полотенец в ванной, а так же полок для шампуней и гелей. Приходилось как-то извращаться чтобы было удобно принимать душ 3. ООООЧЕНЬ громко слышно самолёты. Очень близко находится аэропорт, поэтому для тех у кого чуткий сон, этот вариант не подойдёт. Со временем немного привыкаешь к этому, но в первое утро после заселения было много вылетов и просыпались каждые 20 минут. Этот пункт скорее просто для сведений, по расположению аэропорта и апартаментов можно было догадаться что будет шумно :) Были ещё мелкие недостатки, но основной негатив был получен из пункта 1
