Ein kleines aber feines Studio mit guter Ausstattung und Meerblick. Sehr sauber und in bester Lage direkt an der Promenade.

Ihr Foto zeigt das große Appartement, das doch sehr kleine Studio hat kaum genug Platz zum frühstücken. Ein paar Handtuchhaken im Bad wären auch hilfreich gewesen.

Widok na morze praktycznie na wyciągnięcie ręki. Można by zadbać o przycięcie korony drzew przed oknami aby perspektywa widoku była bardziej rozległa.

Uwaga na stopień na korytarzu za drzwiami wejściowymi , swiatlo nie włączyło się automatycznie i można się potknąć i połamać (zwłaszcza podczas meldowania się w apartamencie).

Amazing location, super helpful when it came to checking out. Really accommodating for storing my luggage etc

My only tiny little complaint was not understanding how the lift worked when I arrived. Might be helpful to let guests know that you have to hold a fob to it that's attached to the keys (in the lockbox) I saw someone using it after a couple of days and figured it out. Hurt my back dragging my luggage up the stairs when I was frazzled after travelling so it would have been nice to know how the lift worked at that point. Otherwise I really loved staying here and hope to come back and I really appreciated the late checkout. The host was super helpful

Lots of room, great location, very clean. I love that it had AC, made it very comfortable!

Parking was difficult since it was just street parking and it was hard to find an open spot, no dedicated car lot or garage for the building. If I were to stay here again I probably would not come by car.

One of the best apartments we ever stayed and we travel a lot! We were a party of 4 and the space was just perfect! Comfortable bedrooms and living room with kitchen just perfect and comfortable for us all. Location amazing!

Lo mejor del estudio es la ubicación que es excelente. Es un estudio bastante nuevo.

El piso no estaba muy limpio,el sofá da mala impresión al verlo,muchas manchas. Debajo de la cama encontramos un paquete de pastillas y una bola. Nos alojamos cuatro noches y nos dejaron un bote de los pequeños de champú gel. Con las toallas lo mismo una grande y una chica para cuatro noches. Al entrar tiene un poco olor a tabaco. No hay microondas ni lavadora pero eso está puesto en las especificaciones. Nos ha costado 112€ la noche en abril me parece caro,la ubicación es buenísima ves el Adriático desde el sofá y el apartamento está muy nuevo pero deberían mejorar y ciertas cosas,para que no nos vayamos pensando que hemos pagado de más.

Útulné, čisté ubytovani, krásný výhled na moře a výborná poloha. Dopurucuji !
