The owner Rumen was helpful. The property is in Boyana District where is all green, you wake up hearing birds singing. There is a private parking space.

The bathroom could be better.

Quiet area, pet friendly, but I would never go back to this apartment.

We left the apartment on August 13th, while on August 22nd (9 days later!) I received a message in WhatsApp from the owner. He blamed my friend and myself that we are kleptomaniacs and that we stole the iron and two teaspoons from the room!!! At the same minute, I called him back to confirm that the message was sent by him, as I could not believe that he blamed us for stealing. Following confirmation, I asked him whether he checked in the wardrobe for the iron and his answer was “no”. I am wandering how could sb accuse sb else for such a crime without confirming that the iron is not there!?!? In the message he mentioned that he will think whether the next day he will report us to booking for stealing. It was like he was expecting sth from us to change his mind. A screenshot of the message is attached herewith for your conclusions. Beside this fact, during our accommodation they never cleaned the room/collect the garbage, no toilet paper was provided to us. Generally the owner was unwilling to provide any information (restaurant recommendation, how to go to the waterfalls, places to visit, downtown parking). Definitely I could not recommend it for any reason.

Everything was good

This place is located in a beautiful zone of Sofia, close to mountain, forests and restaurants with buses in the front door. The apartment is nice and clean. Really lovely and perfect for families.

A kettle and hot water in summer could be good.

great location ,you can vist waterfalls which are 1 hour walking away,some nice places for a coffe nearby,bus stop is oposite the house,owner is very kind ,parking.You are in Sofia but somehow nature is here.
