The location of the house was good. It was close to the mountain, the surrounding area had one big park that you could go for walking alone/family/pet. Also there were 3 playgrounds within a 2-minute walk. The centre was reachable by car from 12 to 25 minutes depending on the traffic. The owner was friendly and responding quickly to the messages or the phonecalls. We had a parking lot to park our car and it's pet friendly because not only you could have the pet in the apartment but also you could had it free playing in the garden under your supervision. We asked for a device to warm up the milk for my kid and Ramen brought me a microwave.

The house and its facilities were a little bit old but in general they were doing what they meant to do.

Every thing was great. The host was great. The apartment was excellent. Bus stop across the street.

This was not my first stay here. We were so satisfied the first time that we came back. And from now on, it will be my go to place whenever I go to Sofia. Keep in mind that it's not close to the center, but there is a bus stop in front of the door! This is not a 5 star accommodation, but the owner is really friendly, the appartements are clean and the beds are great. What more do you need?

Excellent place to stay to have easy access to nice hikes in Vitosha. Bus stop and several restaurants close by.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. There was a coffee maker, though, so we could use that for the breakfast tea.

Dog friendly!!! Parking spot. Location is pleasant and quite convenient. Bus stop is just outside the house. Beds are comfortable and well equipped. Garden area is nice.

It would be perfect to have air conditioning for the hot days.
