Excellent apartment with a lovely garden in a secure, spacious and well kept area. Very friendly and accommodating hosts, even when I had a young child with me and was late checking out. Very well equipped apartment, nice books to read. Very homely and neat, clean and beautiful place

I liked everything

Nice, clean and big room with nice balconary with view of the city of Sofía, in the flat you will find everything you need for your stay, very friendly owner. We really enjoyed our stay.

A very beautiful room, very large for 2 people. The location is also great. Many nice local restaurants nearby and the hiking start point to boyana waterfall is just behind the house. It takes around an hour by bus to vitosha ski resort (64-111-E123).

It would be great if there is a kettle in the room. There is only a coffee machine.

Good value for money. The location was great - such a green neighborhood right next to the mountain. The host was a really nice and helpful man!

Liked all except being very cold and not clean enough, there probably were cats living and cat hair was all around, and my brother who was staying there with me has a serious cat allergy

I have booked and paid large family room for two night . But the smaller single room is given to me. Me and my family could reach the place lately, so could not have a chance to discuss about it. So we did stay only one night, we could not stay in second night.

the location is lovely. All landmarks of the Boyana are can be reached easily.
