location so far, streets are really hard to go by car because of the wells

Very comfortable space to spend a long time in, well equipped and with many facilities like swimming pools, gym and co-working space.

Quite far from the center and beaches, bike or a scooter is a must.

Swimming pool, co-working space, good Wi-Fi, gym, kitchen facilities, room was clean and well-designed, friendly staff

the staff were very very rude and unhelpful, they told me I had to pay a deposit which I was unaware of, and then on checkout they have charged me for ‘ mud on a towel ‘ - which is very ridiculous, as the hotel is in the middle of the jungle - roads are VERY bad, which pot holes and mud every where, and also I am on holiday to explore! of course I will get mud on me, so they basically tried to take my deposit because I got mud on a towel, which was washable. We also had our room cleaned as my partner had been bitten to death ( we saw a doctor and she said it looks like bed bugs bites ) so we had our room cleaned and the hotel reception advised it was $25. i took GBP to pay - £23 - and then they were staying it was in fact £35 and I refused to pay. Again on my exit, I was so angry and they told me how much money was being taken from my deposit- I just said whatever and went as I had a bus to catch, when I left I had realised they have charged me again full price for the room clean, yet I had already paid £23 - and also ridiculous money for mud on a towel. be careful when entering this location and make sure you do not get charged for this ridiculous thing. Also the staff will pretend they cannot talk English, when they can. Beautiful hotel, but pooor staff, and location - also very unsure about the hygiene of the actual bed itself, the pool was also dirty.!
