The bed is comfortable

The roads next to the hotel are very bumpy and they’re not even under construction. It takes a while to arrive at the hotel due to the bumpy roads. The receptionists are okay they helped us when we need to book a taxi or order food. However they and the housekeeping never came to clean the room or change the towels. We stayed for 2 weeks and they never changed the towels not even once. They enter the room and leave a note to give them tips everyday so they clean the room. But why should I leave tips everyday if I already paid for housekeeping?

UNIT A205: GOOD: The unit size for 2 people. Easy access with physical key stored inside keybox with combination code. TV size. Coffee and stevia available. BUDING AND GROUNDS: GOOD: Gardens. Solar panels. Check-in sign off. Friendly service. Good access lights at night.

UNIT A205: LESS GOOD: Size of fridge (bar type for short duration as it has limited capacity). BAD: Nothing. BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS: LESS GOOD: Pools (not for swimming). Parking on the street (I had rental car) but at the front property or near the corner. BAD: Streets are not constructed, uneven surfaces with a lot of holes full of water (as it was raining during our stay).

The staff at Lagunas is my favourite part. They are all so incredibly accommodating. Lucy and Areli always make sure everyone is doing well. It’s a lovely team there.

It’s a bit far from town. Not the facilities fault—but the taxis are quite expensive in Tulum in general and doesn’t feel like the best experience with the taxis in general because they are constantly trying to get more money.

the last kilometer is almost impassable to drive thought, only potholes, try not to forget anything, because you really don't want to go back on that road.
