Roslindale village condos

Very nice flat with nice balcony in quiet neighbourhood. Very modern kitchen.

Missing were some more glasses, cutting boards and cutlery (knives). Good transport possibility to get into Boston but very time consuming especially as they were working on the orange line while we were there.

Nice apartment in a nice, charming neighborhood. Was well-equipped, though I decided not to cook there

Was out if the way for the in-town activities I had planned. Nearby commuter rail is great, but runs a bit too infrequently. Issue in apartment was climate control. Apparently, despite having a sophisticated thermostat, temperature control is affected by what the downstairs occupants do. Temperature reached 84 degrees, and suggestion was to open windows and doors... not really an acceptable solution. Temp never got below 74

Location was good— a short walk to the village of Roslindale with shops, restaurants and a concert/community activity venue Carefully remodeled upper level of a traditional Boston home.

We liked it all. I would caution anyone needing great stair access that the condo has access stairs that could be a problem and for very tall persons, you may need to duck some.. Those items were not a problem for us The place was clean, simply but beautifully remodeled and decorated. A good time for all. Recommended !

Overall, the apartment is very nice and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with a park nearby that’s great for walks and runs. If you have a car, there’s free parking right by the house. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center by car. The house is clean and has everything you need. The host responds quickly to messages and is very helpful. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the internet is fast. Overall, everything was great. The only thing to note is that if there are people staying upstairs, you might hear their footsteps. If you go to bed early, this could be an issue. The furniture is a bit dated, but that’s part of the charm of the house — it has a very American style.
