Roslindale village condos

10AM checkout is not practical. Though we were granted one more hour (till 11am) after we’ve asked.

Good size, well appointed, in a lovely suburban neighbourhood.

plenty of linens and supplies. Property was clean and communication was very clear. Very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to both coffee and the train.

Two doors, one bathroom and one bedroom, did not close correctly. Both can drift open on their own, which could have been fairly uncomfortable. Layout is a bit strange, but not surprising in an older home. Some of the furniture is a bit worse for wear - some drawers are broken, for example.

Condo is beautiful. Decorated great. Beds very comfy. Cozy blankets & linens.

We rented the second floor condo. So the stairs were my only worry after walking the city all day. But its all good.

Cute place, comfy mattresses and sheets, nice bathroom, large laundry facilities, basic kitchen equipment. Quiet and safe feeling neighborhood with FREE on-street parking (a huge bonus in the Boston area). The hosts were quick to respond to messages to fix anything or answer questions. Easy check in and check out procedures.

This area is farther out from the city than I realized (my mistake!) and we prefer using public transit when we travel to Boston. The nearest stop is a commuter line that only ran every 60 to 85 minutes, which was an issue for us on some days of our stay. This isn't anything bad with the rental... It's just information I wish I knew before booking. Lyft was super fast and cheap, so it was fine!

Loved the clean apartment and the thoughtful design in the apartment. Very close to my mother in law. Very easy to park.

We had a toddler And unfortunately where we were staying had a lot of stairs with no doors or safety gates so it was a big concern for us during our stay especially at night time as she would wake and get out of her bed Every thing else was perfect we loved the stay and the hostess was very attentive/ responsive to any needs we had during our stay

The host provided great communication throughout the booking process and my stay. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable experience.

Walking noise can be heard from the neighbors above.

The property was nice but the other guests were loud and kept my wife awake in the middle of the night. The first night the smoke detectors went off for no apparent reason and were a pain to disable. Issues two out of three nights.
