Loch Lomond Riverside Apartment

Everything was fantastic, I really enjoyed our short 3 day trip. In fact I’m that happy with the location and the property I will be booking again for next year for 3 weeks family holiday. I have to say having read some of the other comments I’m completely confused why some of you have negative comments. This is for self-catering and please be reasonable about what the owner has left for your use. Only is required to leave the min of equipment . Rather than complain about something that you could have done with. Leave a request or a suggestion that a particular item would enhance guests stay. If you have read this far, your on a winner with holiday home. One last thing. There is a swimming pool in Dryman with sauna and steam room, gym, table tennis £5 squash £5 swimming £8 adults £4 kids. Open from 7am - 19.30 then adults only until 22.30. Clachan restaurant I recommend but book your table. Enjoy

Nothing troubled me, I have a few suggestions for the owner. But nothing that would change my highly recommended only to increase the pleasure your about to experience.

So close to the places we wanted to visit. Made it our home base. So lovely to have all the space! Staff were responsive and friendly. Plenty of parking space too! Added bonus of being able to see the Aurora Borealis just outside the front door!

Very roomy and warm. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable living area. Great location.

Kitchen and bathroom are small but very functional.

The apartment was immaculate. It's just a 20-minute walk into Drymen. Not far from Balloch, just a short drive. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break. Our dog loved all our walks.

The building wasn't signposted, and my sat nav didn't direct me straight to our apartment.

Good location for a trip to Loch Lomond and also a trip to Glasgow. Comfortable and clean with modern kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels etc. Very good messaging from owner

A few things that would enhance the property. A dining table is there but could be better in the lounge area. Need a few more cereal bowls in the kitchen (only 1 for 4 people) and could have done with scissors and kitchen paper being provided. The property is next to quite a busy road so it was occasionally noisy overnight and there are no curtains in the bedrooms (only thin blinds) so the car lights were also an issue. The kitchen could be really enhanced with a little bit if money spent on basics - reading more reviews, it is clear that some of this has been flagged up before! There was no information or maps in the property about the surrounding area or anything about the property such as emergency contacts etc which I found odd and no signage outside so was not obvious we were in the right place. Luckily we arrived in daylight; otherwise we might have struggled to identify the right property

Wasn't spotless but was clean to a good enough standard. Bits of the property were looking abit tired but can be expected as from what I gather it's always booked up so finding time to tidy it up maybe hard. No working wifi, did message to ask for wifi password however never got a response and phone signal is hard to get in the area.

When we stayed couldn't sleep 2 night as one of the alarm was off in the middle of night ans woke us up did reported but no one came and fix it though they gave me the instructions what to do I if it goes off next time but next night as well it went off and we had to set it off and that how our 2 out of three nights were ruined by walking us up from deep sleep.
