The Garden Apartment

The location is perfect for any events at Kinkell Byre as it's a 5 minute drive away. It's a little bit out of town for St Andrews but again, less than a five minute drive away. It's not suitable to walk into St Andrews as there are no pavements but an excellent location overall. The hosts were very helpful and I would highly recommend this accommodation and would use it agin in future.

The sofa in the living room wasn't the most comfortable but everything else in the house was ideal for a short break.

Nice country location. A little hard to find following the Nav but host was lovely and directed us onto right road.

The location was excellent for us being just a short taxi ride from standrews where we were attending our granddaughters graduation

Bright, lovely countryside and birdsong.

Bed seemed to be a twin made into a double and was not comfortable. It was strange to have a room that was a kitchen and a bedroom, with bedroom carpet. The floor was very squeaky. The bathroom needed a bin. The stairs were steep with a handrail on one side. I had trouble with them. I would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise it was very nice.

Good value for money. Large bedroom and kitchen/diner/sitting room. It fitted our need for a place to eat and sleep really well. The hosts are on site and so helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
