The rooms were spacious Quiet rural location East access to St Andrews The host was helpful

The floors were very creaky - annoying if you are with someone who has to get up at night. The carpets need a good clean Some appliances needed updating eg cooker The heating was controlled from downstairs and came on quite late 8am in the morning - through there were some small extra electric heaters

Lovely flat and bed was sooo comfortable. Host were lovely and are only phone call away if needed anything. Nice touches such as tea,coffee,milk and biscuits on arrival.

Partner didn't like the early check out but that's just her personal opinion. Maybe could do with light at side of house leading onto car park as very dark at night and can't see path.

We asked for 4 beds. There was a double bed in a room and two beds in the living room/kitchen. There was little room to manoeuvre around in this space. The beds were too soft and the one I slept in was slanted to one side, uneven and banana-shaped. Probably the worst sleep ever. My husband was in the other single bed where the springs pocked through, which made for rough sleeping. The toilet was clean, except that the rubbish (including female sanitary products) was not emptied. I would NOT recommend this to anyone

Great location! Clean, tidy and well equipped. Very responsive hosts and very easy to check in. Property was very warm and cosy, perfect for the wet weather. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to visit St Andrews on a budget. Really fab!

If I had to be picky I’d probably say the flooring throughout can be noisy/creaky but I really would be being picky!

Spacious rooms with all the facilities you would need. Great location for golf and less than 5 mins hy car into St Andrews

Amazing comfy bed! Spacious & well appointed apartment and only 5 min drive to St Andrews. Felt peaceful and private. Great hosts who answered my query instantly. Thank you.

The setting is warm and home like.

The only toilet is in the bed room and the twi single bed is in the kitchen. It is only suitable for a pair of parent with two kits. It is very inconvenient for two pairs of adult. As one pair need to pass through the bed room of another pair to the toilet. The other pair need to go into the kitchen for drinking water while the other pair is sleeping there. We find difficult to find a suitable to change clothes etc.
