Welcoming was in a high level even though i arrived during night bt everything it was like was planned for me♡♡

Everything was good can't complain, they even transported us for free in the morning to do the business of the day♡♡

The room was clean.

The owner could do better. I read the past reviews and honestly, the property needs proper maintenance. I couldn't take a proper shower due to the fact that the water wasn't mixing! The cutlery set is minimal, there was no bin in the room, we also had to ask for toilet paper and that is a basic need. Im not sure if the owner doesnt care much since its in the rural area but it has so much potential. The outside area was also dirty, im talking about broken glasses and papers.

"Unhappy with accomodation ."

Tje price was reasonable for two nights

There was no cold water we was unable to have a shower .we asked for assistance although we had help but it was not resolved ..we had to ask for essentials ..was booked for three but crockery was for two ..rectangle plates was unable to go in the microwave .there was an intoxicated man came to the window speaking on a high tone at 23h45 which frightened my family we was afraid to spend another night we cut our stay short .the giest house was surrounded in a desrted place driving through shacks to get to the place .tjere was alot of unusial activities going on in the night .i guess the owner should put cameras to monitor updayes in the area .check in was 14.30 they where still cleaning the rooms we had to wait an hour to get in the accomodation.we travwlled 4 hours to het to our accomadation .I am a dissatisfoed customer

"It was not easy to find the place"

No breakfast but the price was including the breakfast, no directions sign

TV was not working and there was no sign board to give me directions to the property, last time when I booked the accommodation in Hippohead Resort on the 11th of April 2025 never got the place and the property cell number was not answered until today I have not received my refund or invoice
