"Would only return if I was desperate."

Nice Location. Room was nicely furnished.

Went for breakfast at 9am at the Main hotel building (as advertised in the room) but the place was locked up and could not get in. Ended up having to find a dog friendly place for breakfast at 9am on a Sunday morning with no phone signal. Put a Dampener on the entire trip. The rooms Wifi would be aswell not being there. Only works if the device is within 1m of of the router. and even then its not very strong.

"Perfect, clean, and cosy."

Spotless, bed extremely comfortable, comfortable chairs, good shower, location all perfect, all you need for a trip away, very clean and layout well thought out, and cute courtyard space attached.

We loved all aspects of Pear Tree Cottage.

"Stunning location on the coast in a lovely cottage."

The cottage was warm, cosy and thoughtfully appointed. There was an outside area as well. The bed was very comfortable. We walked around this beautiful village to the waterfront, literally at the end of the street.

Traffic, it is on a fairly busy road which would of annoyed me on a longer stay.
