Castle Terrace (B3 R3)

Stayed here before as well. The team who manages the property is absolutely brilliant. This is a self contained studio with all commonly needed amenities available. The kitchenette is a big plus point. Shower area was large enough. Room was overall kept quite clean. The place is less than 5min walk to Dudley High Street and also the main bus station.

The bed was so comfy and i slept really well, knowing we were safe with all the locks.

The blinds were broken, which wasn't pleasant since the houses opposite could have seen into our room, there was no kettle, microwave or anything to cook anything in. There weren't even any signs to a communal kitchen.

Nothing, we didn't stay we left upon arrival

The smell was horrifi, ,bed sheets was stained an the window sill was filthy

Generally ok but lacking a few facilities eg there was no place for clothes as no wardrobe in the room. Average facilities but the small kitchen items and fridge were useful. Price reasonable The iron and ironing board were also useful.

The tea towel had numerous holes in it and the crockery was mismatch and only just adequate for two people. There was no proper storage for any clothing. The check in details and other requirements were excessive.

Great location for zoo and BCM...good location for transport links....

Location to Dudley Town Hall

It was like a cell with mold and dirty floors shower blinds missing in bathroom

As always, easy to book, easy access with your codes sent via email in plenty of time before your arrival. Clean comfortable facilities, in a great location for everything Dudley and the black Country has to offer.

As always, my stays are not long enough, I need to book longer later in the year to rectify this
