"Terrible - avoid at all costs."

Nothing. It was terrible

It's a room, not an apartment as advertised. There were no cooking facilities. The bathroom was not clean, the bed felt like there were slats broken, and the some of the other furniture (bedside tables) showed clear signs of damage. There was nowhere other than the bed to sit.

"we ended up paying for the Premiere Inn!"

couldn’t access the property as they wanted a deposit outside of the payment via booking.com and u wasn’t prepared to give out my payment details as my booking was with booking.com! so they didn’t send me access details and we had to pay to go elsewhere and lose the money paid for this accommodation
