There was no water so toilets could not be flushed and they want to charge us for plumbing fees and communication was terrible -

I was not satisfied with the property because of cockroaches😫😫 but everything was good

Location

The price on site, is without vat. So do not look at the price as your final payable amount. The parking is extra, no choice, so make sure that you have an additional R 450 and a dep of R 1000 when you book. The parking was just indicated as available parking and not that you must pay the R 450. The host never met or seen, was a bit annoying with SMS messages and even a call, demanding the deposit and parking to be paid immediately. I waited for the deposit to be paid back 4 days, but that was communicated. I also felt like a criminal staying illegally in someone's home. I will never return! Again the SMS messages were annoying even during the stay.
