Nothing was nice this is the worst lodge I've ever come across

Everything was so bad I've been travelling for over 10years and stayed in more then 100 hotels but this was the worst they service is so poor and dodgy when I got to that the place I was told that I had to pay 2000 deposit which I was not refunded I had to pay parking anyways after paying the deposit at 1 am I was told to go collect the key in phoenix in a dodgy place wat kind of service is this if this lodge was for free even than I would not stay people please do not be scammed and go to this hotel

Location

I had to call their house keeper and go to fetch the keys from the house keeper far away from the property, I found that so in appropriate, the house keeper had to give me the small bunny blanket as well, that we going to use, so disorganized n unprofessional for me, sleeper couch for kids but there is no blanket .

I had to wait for about 2 hours for the keys. And drive about 10k and back to get them.

The area is to die for and the security.

Location was in great near the shopping complex

To switch off and on.of the Geyser although I did it to safe electricity.

The owner was extremely unprofessional and rude We had to go collect the key 10mins away from the apartment and extra cost for parking and key deposit was only informed afterwards and it took a week for the refund to be done
