False advertisement, claiming there's a private pool where's there's no such and the aircon was not working. Oh another thing i had to drive and collect the keys myself about 10km claiming the lady who got keys already went home I didn't like that, and I had to switch the geyser off on my departure that's not my job

Nothing, she has a very bad attitude towards the tenants that's all

There's absolutely nothing I liked about the property, the towels are old and harsh and host was sending alot of instructions via sms yo 😳

I didn't like the fact that on bookings.com, it was stated that we can check in at anytime from 00h00am until 23h59am , however when we called the host in the morning we were told that the key holder ( lady that has the keys) isn't around she'll only arrive at 14h00pm that time I made it clear to Lily that I'll arrive at 06h30 am as I'll be traveling over night , we had to Uber from the station to Phoenix which means additional costs just so that we get the key and REST

Sleeper Couch was Broken, had to relocate to New Place, but not worth the Money.

Overpriced, owner full of nonsense, horrible facilities, Woke us up to clean this tiny unit at 8am before we had to leave. The tiny TV and kitchen was a joke. WORSE place I ever stayed on Bookings.com and I have done many. - 200 out of 10.
