Unit was clean

Mission to book in. No reception. All communication by phone. Unit need serious maintenance. Furniture run down. Parking expensive. TV not working. Not serviced daily. Very noisy block with friday parties. Not walking distance from beach. No view from room. Slow to pay back deposit. Bathroom very very small. Not nice experience. Pictures on site missleading. Still not seen pool.

"They ruined my vacation, couldn't eat in the apartment cause was dirty with cockroaches"

The location was good but apartment is full of cockroaches and the owner was not fair at all. We left the apartment in clean condition and after days we left, they sent me a pic of a broken cupboard. I didn't get my R1000 deposit, no one was there when we check out to check the condition of the apartment

The owner of the apartment was supposed to be there when I check out but there was no one

The worst place I have ever booked. Stove not working, washing machine not working, geyser had to be put on and off which is an inconvenience for a holiday maker. Communication between host and myself was very poor. The place does not meet description of advertisement. Own wifi had to be acquired. Terrible overall experience. I actually thought this was a rip off for the property.
