"Our stay was okay"

Location was okay

The run around on getting the key for the room and a foul odour that we found on arrival in the kitchen(which now is being blamed on us). There are a lot of things that are not disclosed on the website, the deposit money hasn’t been sent back to us and the host is giving us a run around. The host is hard to contact and doesn’t get back to missed calls, the host is not informative after you leave your stay and we had to contact her on delay of sending back the deposit money.

Security guys were helpful and friendly. The bed was old with no side tables, couch was also old and uncomfortable, microwave was not working. We booked a place which had its own allocated parking but we were asked to pay 300 for it. We ended up asking our friend who live there for parking . Also the name of the building doesn't match whats on the booking app. The building is not lily's Haven even the address is wrong. Pots were not provided only frying pans.

"A whole lot of instructions once you have paid on bookings.com from host. Absolutely disappointing!!"

NOTHING!

Stove broken, tv remote is broken and iron. You only get to know once you in the apartment and inform the host. The bed and couch are the most uncomfortable ever!!! Both are sunken in. Whole place needs a revamp! Plus NO wifi. Worst place I have EVER stayed in
