There wer insects all over the lounge rouches, pictures can be sent if requested, fan in the lounge could not connect to the plug unit supplied, so therefore it was extremely hot, aircon in the room needs a good service, the one couch in the lounge was comfy but had bed bugs in it coz our entire body was itching, parking was not stated as R150 a night on the booking, so we could not stay the first night as the insects and bugs was extremely bad so we stayed on the next night but we was charged for 2 nights of parking, totals to R300, I told them why we must be charged for 2 nights of parking instead of one but I was ignored and was deducted from the deposit, clearly it's poor service and poor communication I will not recommend to anyone,

If I could give it 0 stars I would... save your money too many hidden costs and the place is disgusting ...too many rules and managers are unhelpful. This place is a scam just to make money ...I didn't even stay my stay I let my money go its the worst place .Do not book even if you have to pay a bit more for other places just pay the extra and be comfortable .I even demanded a refund few mins after booking in and they refused . Manager is also a liar and a fraud. They said they would refund me but didn't.

Kichen has so many broken staff. Sitting room had a strange smell. No internet connection. Some hidden prices. That place should be removed from Booking.com.

Restrictions , switching the geyser on and off, so many instructions for checkout, as well as too much hidden costs, I paid R1000 deposit another R300 for the keys, anotherR100 for late check in, my refund was only R900 don't know where the R300 went 😭😭😭

landlord makes u pay deposits and then robs u doesn't answer phone calls & dont look at messages, flat got big roaches running around the microwave and fridge.. the bed is old and hard, fold up bed couch is broken the tv doesnt have a remote the aircone works when it wants the fridge smells funny. this flat isn't worth booking u pay so much to sleep in dump.. and still get robbed by the landlord and she dont answers and calls neither messages but when u by the apartment she cal phone whole day to say put the geyser off pull the plugs out make sure u close the doors and windows...
